This book is a great introduction to quilting! The steps are given in an easy to understand format, with many quilt sizes and layouts to pick from.
The fabric paste up is a valuable tool, because you can see your block without sewing a block and if you need to make corrections before cutting.
I have used this book and its techniques for several quilt projects and to teach my daughters some quilting basics as well.
